Spring Break: Guest Readers in K-5

My parents left Ankara Monday afternoon. I was so glad they had a chance to visit my classroom and meet most of my students before they left. I'd given them a tour of the empty school over the weekend but Monday they got to meet my co-workers and many of the students.

They each read a story and enjoyed talking to my students during reading time and recess.

I'm so thankful that they would come so far just to see me and my world here!
