In Isaiah 43 God says just that about us. ".. Do not fear. I have redeemed you, I have called you by name. You are mine!" What wonderful, awesome, comforting words those are, such a sweet promise. The beginning of that quote from God is 'do not fear' . So many times in that fallen world there are things to be scared of but God's giving us an out. ' look you don't have to fear because you are mine! I'm not going to let anything happen to my things'. What a joy and comfort it is to belong to someone, and the only someone who can say 'do not fear' and actually know what He's saying.
