Beauty and the Beast

Broadway's Beauty and the Beast came to Ankara this weekend! Some friends and I bought tickets to the opening night Thursday night planning to go after our Thanksgiving festivities. Sadly that show was canceled but they allowed us to choose a show to switch our tickets to.

Sunday afternoon we arrived early with our new tickets which turned out to be two price-sections up from the ones we'd bought! The show was incredible! Everything was so well done. I kept thinking about how much would go into putting this on and yet they did it all and moved it around the world! The show was in English with subtitle screens throughout. It was definitely worth the wait!

The show was held in a convention center type place. Down stairs was the international market. Sadly we didn't have time to look around but we did watch from above for a bit while waiting to enter the theatre.
