Though it ranges from rain to tornados, every year, with out fail, there's bad weather for the one weekend Memphis in May has Music fest. This year was no exception. Late last night it started raining. Around 4 am I woke up to tornado sirens which have been going off, off and on, since. There's been reports of flooding all over the city and stories of everything from basements flooding to cars and even a fire truck sliding off the road and turning over. I watched with my parents as our backyard quickly turned into a lake and a 'stream' turned into a river gushing across the front yard. Though the sirens are still on the rain has stopped and the 'river' and 'lake' have left our yard. Praise the Lord that even though we may fear the water and where it goes we will never get a flood that covers the whole earth again.
